One of those Forwards

If you have read this then you must admit it is a bit funny

**This post doesn’t express the views of this blogger:

This was written by a Guy ………….Its pretty damn smart (Gals have a sense of humour!!!!!!!)

Never quite figured out how the sexual urge of men and women differ so much. And I have never quite figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing.

I never quite figured out why men think with their heads and why women think with their hearts.

Take an example. One week my wife and I were getting into bed. Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says, ‘I don’t feel like it, I just want you to hold me.

’I said WHAT?!!!!!!!!!!!! What was that?!!! So she says the words that every hubby on the planet dreads to hear……”You are just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy you physical needs as a man”

She responded to my puzzled look by saying “Cant you just love me for who I am and not for what I can do for you in the bedroom?”

Realising that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep.

The very next day I took the day off work and spent some time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a BIG BIG unnamed departmental store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different expensive attires. She really didn’t know which one to take so I decided to tell her to take them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new outfits. We then went on to a jewellery store where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you……… she was sooo excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn’t even know how to play tennis. I think I threw her for a loop when I said…”That’s fine honey”

Smiling with excited satisfaction, she finally said, ‘Lets go to the cashier, I think that’s all”

I could hardly contain myself when I said, “No honey, I don’t feel like it”

Her face went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled “WHAT?!!”

“I just want you to hold this stuff for a while Dear. You are just not in touch with my financial needs as a man for me to satisfy your needs as a woman”.

And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, “Why can’t you just love me for who I am and not for the things I can buy for you?”

Apparently I am not getting any any time soon, but atleast she knows I am smarter than her.

Alright Gals re-post this if you agree and.

Even if you don’t just re-post it.

In Transit…

‘This day wasn’t going to be different, same old routine,’ Musa thought as he walked to the secretary’s desk to drop the clipboard. She didn’t even look up. He had long gotten used to the fact that she never paid him any heed, after all he was just the delivery man. Whistling , he pulled out the key and climbed onto the truck. Yeah, today wont be any different. Moses and Kato weren’t with him, it was days like this that he missed their incessant chatter, mindlessly he turned the radio knob looking for their fav station as he waited for the Police man to let him by. He couldn’t wait to get out of this place. As he drove off his mind wondered onto his dream of owning the coastline, the day will come he thought to himself..

His feet couldn’t run fast enough, he could feel the adrenaline pumping out of his ears… His heart was beating faster that it had ever before: I have to get there, his breakthrough was just a few miles away.

James thought he had seen it first, his eyes quickly scanned the surrounding area, he saw Jack a few metres away making his way. This is definately an answered prayer – Tonight his mother would sleep in comfort.

Paulo got there first, panting hard his head and heart both seemed to be pound with such a ferocity he bent over and put his hands on his knees to catch his breath. Out of the corner of his eye he saw James making his way toward him. Knowing there would be a crowd in any minute, he pulled what he wanted and trotted away to catch his breath some place else.

Twenty minutes and 3 miles away, a conversation was getting out of hand, the 60 year old woman was trying to prove her point but the 58 year old man next to her was hearing no of it. She believed the boys should go to the LC, but the man said they had found and not stolen, half of the taxi seemed to agree with him. She continued to try and defend herself but the women in the back started their own court session. Miss Sixty got off at her stage but the old man and the women in the back snickered andcontinued the conversation without her, His last words to her were to stop being naive.

A list of expletives shot out of Musa’s mouth but Siraj the manger didn’t look convinced or impressed. He couldn’t explain why he was short by 10.

Sirja picked up the phone – that was the last day Musa thought of his dream…

The Burning Furnace

He put one foot forward, and it just felt like he was pushing against a rushing running. He was all to aware of the the gentle yet encouraging pat she gave him just given him a few seconds ago. Why is this so hard, he wondered to himself. He heard her quiet whispers and asked himself why she believed in him so much. He turned away fro her and started the descent.

Some where, thousands of light years away, there were all sorts of commotion going on in the room. So much excitement – loud voices all over the place. Hellsvy was ablaze with everyone shouting ideas, rushing to their posts.

“How many so far” He asked from his stand.

“Just One, sir” was the reply.

“He seems to be attempting to communicate with Him,” someon else shouted.

“Intercept the call,” He replied. “Pull up the image on the central screen.”

“D and P, you are up.” he pointed to them.

D’s cynical smile would send chills down anyones spine. “With pleasure.” They set off to do his bidding as they had been doing for the last thousand years.

As he looked around the room, he noticed that every one seemed busy. They always did when he was in the room. He looked back at the screen, thats when he noticed her. He could here those whispers loud and clear. Then he smiled, he would take care of this one himself.

Mary suddenly felt fear grip her very soul, she couldn’t move, talk or even look up. She tried to shout or wiggle her toes but nothing was working. Fear began to consume her, panic erupting in her very soul. ‘Is this the end?’ Flashes of her past flashing before her eyes with incredulous speed. With every flash, the grip intensified. In her line of vision, she could see Peter, he looked back at her. Thats when she saw it in his eyes, his doubts were clearly written there.

‘No Pete, Don’t,’ She screamed but not a sound came out.

He hung his head low, shame and anger suddenly taking over, he spun on his heel and fled the place.

Mary wanted to scream, tears flowing down her face.

Then she heard him – a snicker, a sound that reverted through the core of her being.

“He is mine…”

Her Miracle Never Came

She dragged herself out of bed, wondering if today would be the same.

Dragging her feet she made her way to the mirror.

There is was staring at her, ‘What did you expect?’ She chided herself.

Today was supposed to be different, she had wanted it to be different, she had prayed and willed it to be different. Instead nothing had changed. As she felt her way round in the darkness that had become her world, she reached for the sink and started her daily routine.

The rest of the day was a blur, but she was used to that. Living her life on the sidelines, letting everyone else take control and move for here – No wonder she never liked playing chess. She kept hearing gorgeous and beautiful wherever she passed, but she just let it slide. She didn’t care anymore – her miracle never came that morning.

It was all she could do to keep from letting the mascara run amok down her, she sighed and took a step toward the rest of her life. The sun was on her now, she dazzled them with her signature smile and walked on.

Still the voice couldn’t be quiet, half way through the day – it screamed: “I WANNA SEE IT ALL MYSELF!!” – She excused herself and in the privacy privacy of the bathroom, she reached out and lightly touched the mirror.

Her reflection stared sightlessly back at her, mascara staining her white gown.
