The Shoving and Boosting of Ug

03 Feb

It has seriously been a while since i last took part in the scramble and partition 😀 , last evening i had an awesome reminder!! Bragi and I just couldn’t find a suitable mode of transportation. So we decided to take a stroll to the City Square!!

Big Mistake…

After standing for close to and Hour and ahalf we decide to go get something to eat. By the time we got back it almost seemed that the number had doubled.

Half an hour later a bus appeared…. along with some joggers running along side it..That is when you saw who grew up where. The bus was big enough but please….we just had to struggle, push and shove.

Bag in hand, shawl secured, TRP  and Bragi began the transition into shovers…at one point B’s sweater fell 🙂 (You know what happens when the sweater you love the most falls…You will do anything to get it.) Man she held us back, and pulled it up. Meanwhile TRP was learning not to push or shove. You see when you are in the center of the struggle, you have got to relax and let the crowd boost you up..Pick up your feet and you will be in, in no time.(Please note: this only works for buses and not regular taxis).

After we sat, then the questions begun:

How much?

Er…. Where is this bus going?
